Schedule of Yoga Classes and Fees​

First time to yoga and you want to learn the 'essentials'? Got an ache or mobility challenge and looking for a 'gentle' class? Been practicing for years and looking for a dedicated and sacred practice space?  Check out the schedule of classes below - you're sure to find just what you need.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  While London is in 'lockdown', ALL classes will convert to 60 minute "Zoom" classes.  Once London is out of lockdown and we are able to gather face-to-face, the schedule will look as it does below.

Schedule of Classes

Tuesdays 
  • "Yoga Essentials":  10am - 11:30am ("In-studio")
  • "Yoga Essentials": 1pm - 2pm ("Zoom" Class)

Thursdays 
  • "Yoga Essentials":  10am - 11:30am ("In-studio")
  • "Gentle Yoga":  1pm - 2:30pm ("In-studio")
  • "Yoga Essentials":  7pm - 8pm ("In-studio")

Fees
**All fees are payable by e-tsf**

'In-studio' Classes
These are typically offered in 8 week sessions, however, based on the calendar there are times when the sessions are only 6 or 7 weeks long. In these cases, the fee will be adjusted to reflect the shorter session length. Tuesday morning, Thursday morning and Thursday evening classes are 'session' classes.  Pre-registration is required and when you register, you will be asked to choose one of these time slots as your assigned class (i.e., you attend this class on the same day each week for the duration of the session).

8 Week Sessions
90 Minute Class = 
$115 (taxes incl) 
60 Minute Class = $95 (taxes incl)


'In-studio drop-ins' are welcome, space permitting.  Drop-in fees are:
90 Minute 'In-studio' Class = $18
 (taxes incl)
60 Minute 'In-studio' Class = $16 (taxes incl) 


'Zoom' Classes 
All Zoom classes are 60 minutes in length and are offered on a pay-as-you-go basis. Pre-registration is required for these classes as well.  Upon receipt of the class fee, I will email you the Zoom link to the class.

60 Minute 'Zoom' Class = $12 (taxes incl)   


Transferring credits from Benders Yoga
If you still have credits from Benders Yoga, you can use them towards my classes.  I will maintain a record of your transferred fees and apply them on your behalf, as follows:
  • 90 Minute 'In-studio' Class = 3 Benders Credits
  • 60 Minute 'In-studio' Class = 2 Benders Credits
  • 60 Minute 'Zoom' Class = 1 Benders Credit

Cancellations and 'No-Shows'
You may cancel your spot in any class up to 1 HOUR prior to the start time of the class by emailing me at michele@michelebarnes.com and indicating CLASS CANCELLATION in the 'Subject' line of the email.  Indicate in your email whether you wish to receive a refund or a credit that you can use for a future class.  Cancellation requests made less than 1 HOUR prior to the start time of a class or a 'no-show' with no previous cancellation request will not receive a refund or credit.  

Make-ups for Missed 'Session' Classes
If you are registered in an 8-week session and cannot attend during any given week, you can arrange to do a make-up in the other class by emailing me and indicating what date you would like to do your make-up (in the alternate class), understanding that this will be accommodated, space permitting.  If there is not space in the alternate class, you will not be able to do a make-up and will not receive a refund or credit for the missed class.  Missed classes cannot be carried over into a new session. 

To Register for Classes
Click on the Register button below. This will open up an email window.  In the 'Subject Line' of the email, type the Date and Time of the Session, 'Drop-in' or Zoom class you wish to participate in.  Once you receive an email confirmation from me that space is available, you will be instructed to e-transfer the fee to michele@michelebarnes.com  In the e-tsf memo line, please indicate once again the Date and Time of the Session, Drop-in or Zoom class you are making payment for. Once I receive payment, I will email you with confirmation of your reserved spot in the class. If it is a Zoom class, I will include the link.
