Yoga Works at Work

In our modern-day world, many of us spend a large number of our waking hours sitting:  at our desk, in our car, around conference tables, at the lunch table, on trains or planes, and eventually on our couch or favourite chair at home.

Yoga Works at Work "Lunch & Learn"
  • 45 minute workshop that guides employees through various stretches, breathing and relaxation practices they can explore in their own office/cubicle
  • Includes:  handouts with detailed instructions

Weekly Yoga Class*
  • 45 - 60 minute class that introduces employees to the accessible practice of yoga poses, breathing and meditation techniques.  
  • A great mid-day 'picker-upper' that refreshes and renews the body and the mind and super-charges productivity!

*boardroom required; employees are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat or a blanket or towel to lie down on

Private Instruction
  • 60 min 'one-on-one' sessions designed to meet the specific needs of the individual
  • Includes:  customized practices and "healthy-tips" handouts
